More than 800 attendees, over 90 international speakers, 40 volunteers, 4 stages and 17% women on stage. Furthermore: Around 1500 devices were connected to the droidcon WiFi during the event, 729 of them simultaneously and 80% of the devices were connected to the 5GHz network – the 21st century has finally started.

Do you know how many it does support now? – Seven. Seven distinct CPU specific ABIs (Application Binary Interfaces) are now supported by Android: ARMv5, ARMv7 (since 2010), x86 (2011), MIPS (2012), ARMv8, MIPS64 and x86_64 (2014) – the same goes for the apps.
